Plan Your Work - and Work Your Plan!

Hello Everybody!

It has been at least one week since my last post. I was having a bit too much fun, my husband
informed me! Actually, he is right----I really, Really, REALLY enjoy my blog! And I hope you do too! It's the right thing to do if you have a business....or even if you have a life!

Since the Eagles landed, I have been monitoring them intensely. We do not leave our house without cameras in tote! Wednesday last week, there were two, and I think they were mates.

Then, they disappeared for a few days, and now they're back! I am so excited because it seems they have laid stake to my neighborhood as their new territorial haunt. I am convinced all this has meaning.......

Anyways, I have not "played" on this blog because I have been in earnest about writing my business plan. Each and every day I have stuck to a systematic plan in vision writing, and sequentially laying out my course for this calendar year. I have not played in my kitchen at all. I have not created anything. Just writing, and trying to be a business woman who also crafts for a living. Truth be told, it is way more fun the other way around, but it has to be done this way.

I am quite pleased with what is on paper so far, and if any of you care to be my "angels" in the future, please let me know and I will share with you so you can keep me accountable.

Mainly I posted today, because my no. two goal that also needs to be S.M.A.R.T. is to get my website fully functional by March 1st. this year. Did I really write that?

S.M.A.R.T. means goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, reasonable, and time sensitive.

I am at this point a little downcast and so I am blogging for relief. I did, today, manage to upload an old fragrance listing onto my website. It needs updating, but at least something is on there.

My friend, may all your plans succeed this year and let us all together work to Plan our Work and Work our Plan!

You know, I always want to have something upbeat and encouraging to share with you my reader. But right at this moment in time, I am really frustrated. It seems that this software that I have chosen to bear my image on the WorldWideWeb was written by a....MAN. And, that man, like most, speaks Mandarin while I, on the other hand, and the other side of the universe, the other side of the brain and the ecosystem, speaks japanse. I want so badly to chuck it out the window and start afresh because I just do not understand the software...... but the investment has been made and I need grace or.....a webmaster who can work pro bono.

Please pray for me friend today! And I will also do the same for you.

OK, more later. Gotta go pick up my kitten at school

Wow. It seems like you've been very hard at work. Good for you.

I've read the phrase about "1 hour of planning saves 4 hours of working" or something to that effect so great job on taking time to lay your foundation for your company.

Anne-Marie,
Thanks so much for stopping by! Yes, I have been very hard at work. Waking up at 4 AM...not wanting to stop to cook dinner, or go shopping, or anything else.
My husband calls my laptop my blue-eyed lover. If only he knew!

I almost called you today. I had a formulation question, but did not know where to send the inquiry and didn't necessarily want to blog it......
